📜 Returns & Refund Policy – BuddyPup

Customer satisfaction is our priority.


🔄 Returns Within 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unused, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at info.buddypup@gmail.com, including your order number and reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided once your request is approved.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of our error.


⚠️ Delivery Delays

Delays caused by high demand, temporary stock adjustments, or external logistical factors do not automatically qualify for a refund.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights, including applicable return or withdrawal rights under local consumer laws.


📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items after delivery

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unused.

If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
