📦 Shipping Policy – BuddyPup

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.


🚚 Free Shipping

All orders placed on BuddyPup include free shipping, with no additional costs.

However, for certain international destinations (particularly countries with complex logistics or customs conditions), additional shipping fees may apply. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


📦 Estimated Delivery Times

Under normal conditions, delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days from the shipping date.

Estimated total time (processing + shipping): 9-14 business days.

However, during periods of high demand or temporary stock adjustments, shipments may experience an additional delay of up to 7 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


🔍 Tracking Information

When available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become visible in the carrier’s system.


🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

BuddyPup has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.


⚠️ Delays or Delivery Issues

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as logistics issues, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info.buddypup@outlook.com with your order number.

We will do our best to assist you and investigate the status of your shipment.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
